Beer first arrived in America with Christopher Columbus. When he landed, he noted that the natives were making a brew “of maize, resembling English beer.” Beer was of major concern in the new land, even for the pilgrims. The pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock, instead of further south as planned, partly because they were out of beer.
Beer continued to grow in popularity until 1920 when Prohibition took effect. Many breweries went out of business or switched to the production of soda pop. Of course, not everyone stopped drinking, but gangster-controlled operations were not known for high-quality products.
Late in 1933, Congress passed the 21st Amendment to the Constitution, which repealed the unpopular law. Beer quickly regained its popularity, however, the new breeds of American beer that came after World War II were generally mass-produced and very bland. Jimmy Carter legalized home brewing, ushering in the age of microbreweries, beer hobbyists, and beer snobs.

Beer must drink cold. But how cold? Despite many rumors about it the right temperature varies according to the type of beer.  Lager and Pilsener category is within 4-8 degrees in temperature may be the real taste. 6 degrees is ideal. Is 4 degrees below the real taste of beer can not be, I feel like it was just too cold to drink mineral water. Higher than 8 degrees begins to disturb the taste of beer. Ale the British beer should be drunk between the 7-11 degrees. When we held the beer full of day in the fridge in generally beer will reach 5-6 degrees cold. We can say that the ideal cold.

Beer better preserved in glass bottles than in cans. Glass beer bottle is usually dark because the sun’s rays will damage the beer. A lot of beer bottles, although brown or dark-red colored, dark-green bottles are also growing. The first dark green color, a Beck’s beer brand. You can get a slight smell of metal in metal beer cans. An unpleasant smell, but can be preferred because of ease of use of metal cans.

Czechoslovakia’s the name of the city of Pilsen. Actually very similar with lager, but slightly darker color and higher in alcohol. Almost all of the Pilsener beer is produced in Turkey are classified.

All the beer bottles on the shelf can stop further degradation are pasteurized. To kill bacteria in the brewery is heated and cooled at high speed. It is necessary because the bacteria in the beer bottles may break soon. Pasteurized process  is necessary, but a lot of flavor is lost during this process. For the taste of true flavor, i recommend drik fresh beer. Fresh beer can prepared at home, we can get from breweries or pubs that can sell fresh beer.
